Fuzzy’s Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Fuzzy’s Buffalo Chicken Pizza

After several iterations, I finally ironed out a pretty decent little recipe here. The best way I can describe this pizza is an italian favorite with a strong Buffalo/BBQ flavor. This particular dish comprises of a whole wheat crust with a light ricotta sauce. This white pizza is all topped by a blend of low fat cheeses and baked buffalo chicken bites.

Your comments, questions, and concerns are welcome…and I’d appreciate it if you would share your experience or tweaks to this recipe.
