Fuzzy’s Bison Burgers
The following is a recipe on how to prepare Bison Burgers on a Big Green Egg.

Ingredients:
Ground Bison or Buffalo Meat
Salt
Pepper
Jack Daniels Wood Chips
Suggested Side(s):
On a flatbread roll with 2% Colby Jack Cheese with a side of Cauliflower Mac ‘n Cheese
Fuzzy’s Bison Burgers
Method Of Cooking:
Big Green Egg (other smoker or grill) directly on the grate. Place your grate directly on your fire ring. Apply Jack Daniels wood chips over a medium amount of Natural Lump Charcoal at 350-400 degrees for 6-10 minutes. Flip burgers only once, and add cheese for the last minute. (cook times will vary based on Egg temperature).
Total Cook/Prep Time: 15 minutes. 5 minutes of prep, 10 minutes for cooking (…watch another one of my videos while you wait)
Feeds: 2 people.
Leftovers? Reheat on a flat-iron skillet or frying pan 2 minutes per side.
