Fuzzy’s Grilled Shrimp
The following recipe is a demonstration on how to prepare my Grilled Shrimp on a Big Green Egg.

Ingredients:
1 pound of fresh wild shrimp
Vegetable Spread
Olive Oil
Old Bay Seasoning
Cracked Black Pepper
Chili Powder
Tabasco Wood Chips
Suggested Side(s):
Steam Fresh Green Beans
Rice Pilaf (cooked in Chicken Stock)
Fuzzy’s Grilled Shrimp
Method Of Cooking:
Big Green Egg (other smoker or grill) directly on your cast iron grate over your fire ring. Place shrimp on skewers over a medium amount of Natural Lump Charcoal at 350-380 degrees for 2-4 minutes per side (cook times will vary based on Egg temperature).
Total Cook/Prep Time: 28 minutes, 20 minutes of prep, 4-8 minutes for cooking (…or one episode of America’s Funniest Home Videos)
Feeds: 2 lumberjacks, 3 “growing boys”, or 4 people.
Triple the recipe for a party!
Leftovers? Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy shrimp tacos, shrimp poboys, shrimp and grits, or shrimp quesadillas with your leftovers!
