Fuzzy’s Grilled Shrimp

Method Of Cooking:

Big Green Egg (other smoker or grill) directly on your cast iron grate over your fire ring. Place shrimp on skewers over a medium amount of Natural Lump Charcoal at 350-380 degrees for 2-4 minutes per side (cook times will vary based on Egg temperature).

Total Cook/Prep Time: 28 minutes, 20 minutes of prep, 4-8 minutes for cooking (…or one episode of America’s Funniest Home Videos)

Feeds: 2 lumberjacks, 3 “growing boys”, or 4 people.

Triple the recipe for a party!

Leftovers? Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy shrimp tacos, shrimp poboys, shrimp and grits, or shrimp quesadillas with your leftovers!
